3 capsules in the morning, 2 capsules in the afternoon if needed.

a. Overview

For many people, stress has become a way of life. In small doses, stress provides a source of motivation to try harder and is a positive stimulant for greater performance under pressure. However, under constant duress, stress can be very harmful for both the mind and the body.

e. Consequences of Chronic Stress
